Welcome to the BTWN EXP FAQ. Our rental program is designed to make exhibiting simple, transparent, and cost-effective. Here you’ll find straightforward answers about what’s included, how pricing works, and how we keep the process efficient from start to finish.
Drayage and electrical are services provided directly by the show’s General Service Contractor (GSC), not by BTWN EXP. These fees are billed by the show based on its rules, contractors, and venue requirements, so they must be handled separately.
Every show has its own GSC with unique pricing for drayage, electrical, and rigging. Rates change by location, season, and event schedule, which makes it impossible to offer one flat price that would be accurate for all clients.

Like the Inline Booth and Island Booth rental packages, the Activation Packages do not include the following:
Any and all services that are provided by your trade show’s official service contractors, which are outlined in your show’s Exhibitor Service Manual.
These services are, but not limited to:
Our team can place orders and submit layouts (as needed) on your behalf, but depending on the service, you will need to place a method of payment on file directly with the show.
Yes, but requests for additional items may be denied based on availability. Additional requests will also entail additional fees if fulfilled. Your BTWN EXP representative will coordinate with you further on any special requests if applicable to your rental package.
Elements of your booth such as graphics and furniture/electronic inclusions can be customized, but your overall booth design will remain standardized. Please coordinate with your BTWN EXP representative if you would like to have custom elements in your booth.
The rental process for any of our booth rentals will typically take place with the following steps:
1. Select your desired booth design from our offerings.
2. Request a formal quote and provide us with all of the information regarding your show.
3. Within 1-3 business days, we'll provide you with an all-inclusive proposal tailored to your show's location and timeline.
4. After accepting our proposal, we'll provide you with the steps to submit your artwork for your booth.
5. After we receive your artwork, we'll create a final preview of your booth with your graphics for your approval. Once approved, we'll commence production on your booth.
6. We'll take care of the rest and continue to follow up.
7. We'll ship out, install, and dismantle your booth. Before it leaves our shop and when we're onsite, we'll make sure that everything's to your liking.
The rental process for any of our booth rentals will typically take place with the following steps:
1. Select your desired activation package from our offerings.
2. Request a formal quote and provide us with all of the information regarding your show.
3. Within 1-3 business days, we'll provide you with an all-inclusive proposal tailored to your show's location and timeline.
4. After accepting our proposal, we'll confirm the shipment for your activation.
7. We'll ship out, install, and dismantle your activation package. We'll also have an onsite representative to operate the activation and collect leads.
NOTE: If you would like to have custom graphics on your activation, please let your BTWN EXP representative know, and they will follow up with further steps.
We need 4-6 weeks to fully complete all of the planning and production of your booth or activation package (or both!), so we recommend getting a jumpstart on the process as soon as possible!

We can still provide a proposal for most cities or venues in the United States. Just click on the "Other" option and send us all the details. From there, we'll provide you with a complete proposal tailored for your event.
